Reject a Return or Exchange Request

Overview

Reject a request when it does not meet your store's return or exchange policy.
Step 1: Open Returns.

Step 2: Open the request.
Step 3: Review the order, item, reason, and eligibility information.
Step 4: Click the available Reject action.

Step 5: Confirm the rejection.
Make sure your return rules are clearly communicated to customers to reduce unnecessary rejected requests.
