Restrict Withdrawals by Order Date Period

Use By Order Date Period to prevent withdrawal requests for orders placed during a specific date range.

Step 1: Go to Settings → Withdrawal Rule.

Step 2: Find By Order Date Period.

Step 3: Select the start date.

Step 4: Select the end date.

Step 5: Save the rule.

Step 6: Test an order placed within the restricted period.

Step 7: Verify that the customer cannot submit a withdrawal request for that order.
