Understand Order Selection When Creating a Request

Overview

When you click Create Request, the app asks you to select an existing Shopify order. This allows the withdrawal request to be connected to a specific purchase.
The order selector may display:

• Order number
• Customer email

Steps

Step 1: Click Manage Request.

Step 2: Search for the order number or customer information.

Step 3: Select the appropriate order.

Step 4: Click Select.

Step 5: Continue creating the withdrawal request.
