Return Page Issues

Overview

If customers cannot access the Return Page:
Step 1: Open Return Page.

Step 2: Check whether the page is enabled.

Step 3: Copy the current Return Page URL.

Step 4: Open the URL in an incognito/private browser.

Step 5: Check whether the page loads correctly.

Step 6: If the page works directly but not from your store menu, check your Shopify navigation.
