Review a Return or Exchange Request

Overview

Before processing a request, review all available information.
Step 1: Open Returns.

Step 2: Select the request you want to review.
Step 3: Review the customer and order information.

Step 4: Review the returned or exchanged items.

Step 5: Check the selected reason.
Step 6: Review the requested refund or exchange solution.
Step 7: Check any available shipping or additional information.

After reviewing the request, choose the appropriate action according to your return policy.
