An Order Does Not Appear in Create Request

Step 1: Click Create Request.

Step 2: Search for the order number.

Step 3: Try searching using the customer information shown in the selector.

Step 4: Verify that the order exists in Shopify.

Step 5: Check the withdrawal rules and eligibility conditions.

Step 6: Refresh the app.

Step 7: Search for the order again.
