Close a Withdrawal Request

Close a withdrawal request after the withdrawal process has been completed.

Step 1: Go to Manage Requests.

Step 2: Open the relevant request.

Step 3: Confirm that the required withdrawal process has been completed.

Step 4: Select the option to close the request.

Step 5: Confirm the action.

Step 6: Verify that the request appears under Closed.
