Enable the Withdrawal Portal

The Withdrawal Portal is the customer-facing area where customers can submit withdrawal requests.

Step 1: Go to Withdrawal Page.

Step 2: Find the General section.

Step 3: Enable Enable withdrawal portal.

Step 4: Enable Allow customer create request.

Step 5: Save your changes.

Step 6: Open the withdrawal page from your storefront to verify that it is available.
