Exclude Products by Product Tag

Overview

Use By Product Tag to exclude products from the withdrawal process.
Products tagged with eu-withdrawal-exempt are always excluded according to the current app configuration.

Steps

Step 1: Go to Settings → Withdrawal Rule.

Step 2: Find By Product Tag.

Step 3: Search for the product tag.

Step 4: Select the tags you want to use.

Step 5: Save the rule.

Step 6: Test the withdrawal flow with an excluded product.
