Reject a Withdrawal Request

Reject a request when it does not meet your configured withdrawal requirements.

Step 1: Open Manage Requests.

Step 2: Open the relevant withdrawal request.

Step 3: Review the order and request details.

Step 4: Check the applicable withdrawal rules.

Step 5: Click Reject.

Step 6: Confirm the action if prompted.

Step 7: Verify that the request status changes to Rejected.
