Set the Maximum Withdrawal Period

Overview

Use Maximum days to define how long customers can submit a withdrawal request after a selected order event.
For example:
Start from: Order Delivery Date
Within: 14 days

Steps

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Open Withdrawal Rule and find Maximum days.

Step 3: Select the starting event under Start from.

Step 4: Enter the number of days under Within and save the settings.

Step 5: Test the rule with an eligible and an ineligible order.
