The Withdrawal Page Is Not Showing

If customers cannot access the withdrawal page, check the portal and storefront configuration.

Step 1: Go to Withdrawal Page.

Step 2: Confirm Enable withdrawal portal and Allow customer create request are enabled.

Step 3: Check the Withdrawal Page URL.

Step 4: Verify that the page is added to your storefront navigation if required.

Step 5: Open the URL directly and test again.
