Understand Withdrawal Request Statuses

Overview

The Manage Requests page allows merchants to review and manage customer withdrawal requests.
Available status views include:

• All
• Requested
• Approved
• Rejected
• Closed

Each request is linked to a Shopify order and contains information such as the request number, order, purchased items, creator, status, and request date.
