Withdrawal Rules Are Not Working as Expected

Step 1: Go to Settings → Withdrawal Rule.

Step 2: Review Maximum days.

Step 3: Review By Order Date Period.

Step 4: Review By Product Tag.

Step 5: Check Delivery Status settings if relevant.

Step 6: Test with an eligible order.

Step 7: Test with an ineligible order.

Step 8: Compare the results with your configured rules.
